A real report
From our pilot sweep, run on one of our own team, with personal details removed. Requests sent 27 September 2026; status on 18 October 2026, day 21 of the legal deadline, which is normally one calendar month.
This sweep covered 19 sales databases. Our list has grown since, so your report will cover more than 25.
Apollo.io still held a work email address from a job this person had left. It was deleted, and added to Apollo's suppression list, six minutes after the request arrived.
This was our pilot sweep, run before launch to benchmark how each sales database responds. As a customer, ColdStop Pro sends these requests for you, deals with the replies, tells you if a company needs something only you can give, and chases anyone who has not replied once the deadline passes. Your report names every company we contacted.
Results vary from person to person, and we cannot guarantee a reduction in calls.
The letter
It lets us act for you on four things only, and it ends when your service ends.
Your phone number and email addresses are not in the letter. Each company receives only the details it needs to find you.
You sign by typing your name, and nothing is sent until you have confirmed your email address.

This authority remains in force for the duration of my ColdStop Pro service and for any reasonable period necessary to complete requests already made, unless I withdraw it earlier in writing.
