We built ColdStop Pro because we are the customer.

Why we started

As working professionals, we were receiving calls and emails from companies we had never contacted. When we looked into why, we found our work details for sale in sales databases. Removing them meant contacting each company, completing its forms and following up, and there was nothing affordable that would do it for us. So we built our own, to help people like us.

What we do

ColdStop Pro asks the sales databases used by sales teams, including ZoomInfo, Apollo, Lusha, Cognism and RocketReach, to stop using and delete your work phone number and email address. We act on your behalf under a letter of authority you sign online, follow up with companies that do not respond, and report every outcome to you. On our subscription plans we re-check every quarter.

How we work

• We are honest about limits. We aim for fewer calls and emails, not zero, and we never promise a result we cannot control.
• We send each company only the details it needs to find your record, and nothing until you have confirmed your email address.
• We keep a record of every request and every reply, so you can see exactly what has happened.
